The Bank Owned Property Tour Team wants your tour to be a pleasant and educational experience.  Therefore we feel that there are a few things you should know before you join us for one of free weekly tours:

1. We will tour several homes within a 2-3 hour period. Our intention is to show you a good selection of available properties within a relatively short amount of time. To do this, we will only be able to spend approximately 10 minutes at each property. Should you become interested in any of the homes toured, we will be happy to schedule a second, private visit back to that property, perhaps even later that same day if you like. Feel free to bring a camera to help you remember what you have seen.
2. For the most part the utilities have already been turned off in these homes. That means no heat, lights, water or bathrooms will be available. You may want to bring a flashlight, especially if you want to explore basements, and wear comfortable clothing that will not only keep you warm, but that you won’t mind getting dirty if we should encounter a property that has been neglected.
3. If we are touring in the winter months, you can assume that the bank has not sent anybody out to shovel snow or melt ice. We urge you to wear appropriate footwear and to be extremely careful when walking to and from these properties.
4. We will be touring homes and condos in a variety of conditions and price ranges. Should you require a more specific set of search criteria, we will be happy to set up a Customized Bank Owned Property Tour that is tailored to your needs.
5. Should you become interested in any of the properties that we show you, please let one of our team members know right away. You can discreetly inform us of your interest, so that we can immediately make arrangements to assist you in submitting an offer. Remember, even in a slow real estate market, the very best deals will still be sold, often with more than one interested party bidding at the same time.
