My name is Mike Galinac and I have been a sales associate with CENTURY 21 Town & Country for over 17 years. I started the Bank Owned Property Tour for a few simple reasons. My buyer clients have been very interested in learning about bank owned properties for some time now. My seller clients are having a very difficult time getting a fair price for their homes. We cannot begin to recover our real estate market in Michigan (or the rest of the country for that matter), until we sell off the bank owned inventory and level out the playing field.
