It’s no secret that the real estate market in Michigan is flooded with bank owned foreclosed homes and condos. As the bank owned (or REO) inventory grows, the prices continue to drop. As a full time real estate agent since 1990, I have always worked hard to help my clients achieve the highest rate of return on their biggest investment, their home. I can no longer sit back and watch the erosion of property values in my community resulting from the "deals" being sold by the banks.

My goal is to help speed up the process of selling the bank owned "deals", so that those of us who live in Michigan can begin rebuilding our equity in our real estate. Anything other than your complete satisfaction with our services is unacceptable to me.

The "Bank Owned Property Tour" meets every Saturday at noon. We will tour up to 10 homes and condos, within specific geographic areas. We will provide you with valuable insight into the world of bank owned real estate, some financing tools to put you on the right track, and we’ll even provide the snacks.
